Inspired by the heritage of Johns Island, Linnette’s offers a blend of contemporary river camp aesthetics and comforting food, presenting coastal cuisine with a modern twist. The seafood-centric menu highlights the day’s freshest catch from local fishermen, as well as produce that changes with the seasons. Dishes are wood-fired in an open kitchen, combining comfort favorites with charm and sophistication. As the resort’s signature restaurant, Linnette’s will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Willet Room will serve as The Dunlin’s lobby bar, where guests can enjoy a variety of refreshing cocktails infused with “a side of Southern charm.” Whether you’re looking for a light lunch, sampling rare whiskies, or unwinding with friends over wood-fired oysters and a Charleston Swizzle in the early evening, this is the spot to be. Willet Room will operate during daytime hours.

Finally, The Cove, which can be found nestled beside the resort’s pool, transports guests to a 1950s beach club with a touch of glamour and tropical vibes. This adults-only oasis offers the perfect setting to relax and soak up the sun. Savor a refreshing cocktail under a striped umbrella or in a private cabana, and indulge in lunch classics with a hint of “Beverly Hills-style” sophistication.

Situated a 40-minute drive from downtown Charleston, the resort itself is nestled in the waterfront community of Kiawah River. Spanning 2,000 acres with 20 miles of waterfront, nature trails, and marshlands, it promises a tranquil escape from the city. To stay at The Dunlin after its August 1, 2024, grand opening, book your reservations here.
