“We’re working on a number of new developments in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. We are looking at sites throughout Charleston, Horry, Dorchester, and Georgetown counties, including in North Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Conway,” said Ben-Yisrael. “We plan to build 25 new stores in the next four years.”

Now, it looks like an official site has been selected. Parker’s Kitchen will be one of the first tenants at Beaufort Station, Beaufort’s new 200,000+ square foot retail hub. The store will sit on a 1.56-acre outparcel on the east side of the 363-379 Robert Smalls Pkwy property.

Additionally, the Mount Pleasant Parker’s location is currently in the works, with construction expected to begin by late 2024 or early 2025.

Founded by Greg Parker in 1976, Parker’s Kitchen has grown to include more than 80 stores throughout Georgia and South Carolina. The convenience store is known for its fuel station and various grab-and-go eats, as well as a hot bar offering Southern classics such as chicken tenders and biscuits with gravy.

Stay tuned for more updates as additional details emerge.
