According to a recent report from Explore Beaufort, SC, the new cafe will be located at the intersection of Sea Island Parkway and Ferry Drive on Lady’s Island.

The site will be developed on three lots, which will eventually be consolidated into a single lot. The project will feature a 2,497-square-foot, single-story coffee shop, complete with dual rear-loaded drive-through lanes designed to accommodate a 22-space queue.

The cafe will include an 821-square-foot covered patio on one end and a 300-square-foot covered service yard on the other. Additionally, the property will have a separate 200-square-foot one-story employee station, two pergola structures at the property corners, landscaping, a rain garden, lighting, decorative walls, a dumpster enclosure, parking and service drives, and other necessary infrastructure.

With nearly 40,000 stores globally and over 200 locations in South Carolina alone, Starbucks is renowned for its diverse selection of hot and cold coffee beverages, light bites, and Wi-Fi accessibility.

Construction has not yet commenced, and there is no timeline for when it will begin. Stay tuned for further updates.
