Grandma’s Vietnamese Bánh Mì & Boba is coming to 18 Henrietta St, according to the restaurant’s Facebook page.

However, a search of the address on Google Maps currently pulls up a parking lot, suggesting the exact location might be subject to change. The owner has not yet responded to What Now Charleston’s request for comment, so stay tuned for confirmation.

Wherever it lands, Grandma’s will feature a variety of bánh mì sandwiches—like teriyaki chicken and beef brisket—served with pickled carrots, daikon, jalapenos, cucumber, cilantro, and house-made mayonnaise on a French baguette.

The menu will also offer an array of boba tea flavors, such as strawberry, brown sugar, and lychee, alongside Vietnamese coffee and snacks like egg rolls, fried shrimp, and Korean-style boneless wings. Best of all, nothing will be priced over $10.

Keep an eye out for address and opening day updates.
