Recent city permits reveal that Buck’s Deli is coming to 866 Island Park Dr, Suite 105, within the new Central Island Square mixed-use development.

Existing tenants in the center include Viva Tacos & Tequila, The New York Butcher Shoppe, and Michael’s Barkery. Buck’s Deli will be situated next to Par Paradise at the corner of Central Island Dr and Island Park Dr.

Although owner Christian Buck did not immediately respond to inquiries from What Now Charleston, the permits indicate that significant renovations are underway, including updates to the restroom and kitchen.

Buck’s Deli will offer seating for up to 22 guests. While menu details have not yet been announced, patrons can expect a variety of sandwiches and classic deli fare.

Stay tuned for opening day and menu item updates.
