A new Asian fusion restaurant is headed to West Ashley.
Chef Loong Dim Sum & Soup Dumplings will soon open at 1662 Savannah Hwy, Suite 105, in the space formerly occupied by Old Li’s, which is relocating to North Charleston.
According to the restaurant’s website, Chef Loong aims to offer a “unique dining experience by blending traditional Asian flavors with modern cuisine.”
The menu will feature authentic Asian dishes such as Braised Beef Noodle Soup, Scallion Pancakes, Mongolian Beef, and Xi’An Biang Biang Noodles, and the eatery will operate as a BYOB establishment.
Chef Loong Dim Sum & Soup Dumplings is slated to open before the end of September 2024. Owner Zhaoyang Yan has not yet responded to inquiries from What Now Charleston, so stay tuned for more details.
