Now, the group is launching a new venture, Local Legend Brewing Company, situated at 1014 William Hilton Pkwy. This full-service restaurant, brewery, and beer garden will offer a variety of games alongside its food and brews.

According to the establishment’s Google business page, Local Legend aims to “celebrate the legends who’ve made Hilton Head Island what it is today. The people, the memories, and the shenanigans.”

SERG partner Stephen Streeter, who brings brewing experience from both North Carolina and Colorado, will serve as Director of Brewing Operations. Executive Chef Alan Ford, from SERG’s Poseidon, will curate the menu, while Yeorgos Mellisakis, a partner at SERG’s Nectar, will oversee restaurant operations.

Local Legend Brewing Company is slated to welcome guests in January 2025. What Now Charleston has reached out to SERG Restaurant Group for further details and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
