A couple of months ago, What Now Charleston announced that a new Chick-fil-A was set to open in Ladson, though details were sparse at the time. Since then, more information has come to light.
Local franchisee Daniel Dickerson, who also operates the Chick-fil-A in North Charleston, is bringing the new location to 3660 Ladson Rd. According to the eatery’s Facebook page, it is slated to open this November.
Chick-fil-A is celebrated for its iconic “original chicken sandwich” and waffle fries, alongside a menu featuring chicken nuggets, fresh salads, and a range of breakfast choices and desserts.
The franchise operates more than 3,000 locations across the U.S. and beyond, with over 100 in South Carolina alone.
“Over the past 20 years, Dorchester Rd restaurant team has enjoyed serving our community,” reads a statement from the team. “Strengthening existing relationships and cultivating new ones is our top priority, and we cannot wait to welcome our good friends and neighbors through the new Ladson restaurant’s doors.”
