10/Fold Biscuits will soon relaunch as Seasons By 10/Fold at 4377 N Kings Hwy, Suite 119, according to a recent WMBF report. The establishment has been closed since January 2, undergoing extensive renovations.

Owners Jakob Hovhannisyan and Alex Makaryan initially aimed to reopen in May, later pushing the launch to July, with plans to introduce a full-service, sit-down restaurant. However, permitting issues led to delays in the reopening.

Makaryan told What Now Charleston that they’re now hoping to open Seasons By 10/Fold in January 2025. The revamped eatery will feature a completely remodeled interior, an expanded dining area, significantly more seating, and a larger patio space.

While the name is changing, the owners assure fans that the beloved biscuits will remain the same, with extra offerings also being added to the menu. In addition to the black pepper asiago, gluten-free, and buttermilk biscuits, patrons can expect a variety of exciting new dishes, though details about the new menu have not yet been released.

“We are very excited,” Hovhannisyan told WMBF. “I think our customers that have been waiting patiently for us to open back up, I’m sure they’ll be very excited. Even our staff, they’re excited and waiting for us to open back up so they can come back and work here.”
