Wyrd Sisters Brewing is bringing a taproom and nanobrewery to 4840 Chateau Ave in Park Circle. Owners Brittany Slechter and Thad Wellington, who launched the business in 2022, confirmed the news with What Now Charleston and promised to share more details soon.

In a recent social media update, Wyrd Sisters shared that construction is underway on the 80-year-old house that will become the brewery, with progress being made on the bar and patio. “Opening day is so close, we can taste it,” they wrote. “Keep your eyes peeled for an announcement soon!”

While the opening date and specific menu items are still under wraps, guests can look forward to a variety of “wyrd brews for wyrd people,” including creations like “I’m A Sucker For You, Grimhilde”—a dunkelweizen inspired by Caramel Apple Pops, those tart green lollipops often seen around Halloween.

Other standout Wyrd Sisters brews include “Grey Sweatpants,” a banana cream pie hefeweizen, and “Chocolate Covered Middle Finger,” an American porter inspired by Whoppers malted milk balls.

“We’ve been working hard getting everything moving and on track to bring you the wyrdest (it’s a word now, deal) brews and most metal experience in Charleston,” wrote the owners in another update.

Stay tuned for further details, and be sure to follow Wyrd Sisters Brewing on Facebook and Instagram to track the brewery’s progress.
