Current responsibilities

Based in Charleston, Reeves’s primary focus is retail tenant/landlord representation in the Carolina’s. She works throughout the Carolinas assisting clients with a variety of site selection needs and franchisee rollouts. Reeves’s energetic passion for retail allows her to evaluate the up and coming trends to best serve her clients through creating the most cohesive tenant mix that satisfies the needs of the market.

Experience

Prior to joining JLL, Reeves spent 3 years as an Associate at NAI Charleston representing a multitude of local tenants and landlords. She worked in a variety of commercial specialties before eventually settling on retail as her career route. As an active member of the commercial real estate community in the low country, Reeves has executed leases, contracts of sale, lease assignments, and subleases to best serve her clients. Reeves has been at JLL since February of 2021.

Education and Affiliations

Reeves is a licensed broker in South & North Carolina. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with an emphasis in Communications from Clemson University. Reeves is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Vice President of the Charleston Young Brokers Network, serves on the membership committee of CREW Charleston, is a member of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and former Broker Representative of the NAI Global Woman’s Alliance.
