Guests can order specialty hot dogs, barbecue, self-pour beer, and play axe throwing for “an added thrill,” the announcement notes.

Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ was founded in 2018 offering a “unique twist on classic comfort foods has struck a chord with patrons.” Nestled in the heart of the city, Crave’s new spot aims to cater to families during the day and the 18 & older crowd later in the evening.

Guests can build their own hotdogs with a choice of 15 toppings or order signature creations like the Chicago Dog, packed with diced onion & tomato, sporty peppers, relish, and a slather of yellow mustard. For those seeking a unique twist, the Loaded Baked Potato Dog features tater tots, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. But Crave doesn’t stop at hotdogs. On the barbecue side, try the smoked brisket or pulled pork. The menu also boasts a range of options, from wings to Mac n’ Brisket Bowls, and for dessert, indulge in old-school favorites like pineapple upside-down cake and toffee sticky cake.

Every Tuesday afternoon from 3 to 6 p.m., guests can enjoy $3 hot dogs. Monday is “Trivia Night” at Crave and on Wednesdays, kids eat free with a paid adult meal.

Patrons aged 21 and older can enjoy a beer-tasting experience, selecting from 16 self-serve taps that dispense domestic favorites, local and regional craft beers, and even hard ciders. With a simple card activation system, guests can sample and pour their desired brews, paying only for what they pour.

Adding an extra level of excitement to the Charleston location, Crave offers two axe-throwing cages equipped with digital patterns on wooden targets.

Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ also honors active military personnel and first responders a 10 percent discount. However, the Charleston location takes it up a notch, providing a 25 percent discount to those who come dressed in uniform and a 10 percent discount at other times.
