A new restaurant is under construction near Downtown Myrtle Beach.

According to The Sun News, the site, which is located across North Kings Highway from Fiesta Mexicana at 410 70th Ave North, is owned by local restaurateur Sam Lauren. Lauren, who also owns Soho Steak & Seafood, Clearwater Oyster Bar & Grill, and Toasty, confirmed the development but did not disclose the restaurant’s identity.

Despite requests for comment, Lauren did not respond to What Now Charleston. Stay tuned for further updates as this project progresses.
