In January, founder of Lowcountry Coffee Company Dan Kredensor announced that Ernie Young and Nicole Golden would assume ownership of the café, which had been operating for just five months before changing hands.

“Lowcountry Coffee Company is excited to announce that the coffee shop has been purchased by Ernie Young and Nicole Golden (the original manager),” said Kredensor. “They will continue to offer the same great coffee and amazing Hershey’s Ice Cream.”

After a few months of silence, the new owners recently announced plans for an imminent reopening. “📣📣We are so close to opening we can taste it ☕️🍦,” the duo shared.

Lowcountry Coffee is known for its diverse range of hot and cold coffee drinks, scoop-style ice cream, milkshakes, floats, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and salads.

Currently, Young and Golden are recruiting for various positions at the café and promise that a grand reopening date will be revealed soon. Stay in the loop by following Lowcountry Coffee Company on Facebook and Instagram.
